1. Data controller
Aveloriq Analytics S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71789542-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office 82, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina (hereinafter, «Aveloriq», «we»), is the controller of the personal data collected through the aveloriq.com website.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: full name, email address and the content of your message. Additionally, through cookies and similar technologies, we may record technical data such as a truncated IP address, device type, browser and pages visited — always respecting your consent settings.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) respond to your request and provide the required information; (b) contact you through an authorised representative; (c) maintain records of our communications; (d) improve the experience and performance of the site; (e) comply with applicable legal obligations in the Argentine Republic.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection by writing to contacto@aveloriq.com. You may also file a complaint with the Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority under Law 25,326.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and event monitoring, to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.
10. Minors
Our website is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will proceed to delete it.

We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. We will publish the current version on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.
